Professional contact details and your description are used to handle your enquiry and prepare a possible business relationship. Processing is based on your pre-contractual request or, for a partnership enquiry, our legitimate interest in responding. The form does not subscribe you to automatic outreach. Jérémie handles your enquiry with the providers needed for hosting, professional email and preparing correspondence, limited to the information needed for these tasks.
Retention & rights
Open enquiries are retained while being handled and reviewed in the event of prolonged inactivity. Enquiries that do not proceed undergo a retention review 90 days after closure. Jérémie is responsible: unnecessary information is deleted after checking retention obligations and the relevant copies. This review is not automatic deletion. If a project begins, documents follow the purposes and retention periods in your agreement. Records needed for legal obligations or disputes are kept separately for the period justified by that purpose. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction or to object, write to our contact address. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
