The work at a glance
A range ready to present to shops: sales material, recipient selection, messages and next steps.
The first operation includes ten authorised approaches and follow-up. You approve recipients and retain commercial decisions.
First retailer conversations · €950
Fictional example. Viewable materials; no claimed client results.

A three-piece capsule for shops already selling nightwear. The camisole and shorts pair together; the kimono broadens the selection without requiring all three references.

Adjustable straps · S-XL · €18 excl. VAT.
Elasticated waist · S-XL · €14 excl. VAT.
Removable belt · S/M and L/XL · €29 excl. VAT.
All pieces are black, 95% polyester and 5% elastane. Fictional minimum of 6 pieces per reference, mixed sizes allowed. Stock, lead time and freight remain to be confirmed.
Brand, products, prices and terms are fictional. The sales document is separate from prepared messages. No prospect contacted, sale achieved or client installation demonstrated.
Fictional demonstration of our method and deliverables. The full example, including original visuals, is not an off-the-shelf package. Your assignment uses the scope agreed for your business.
The presentation above is only part of the work. Here is how an initial retailer approach would be prepared, conducted and handed over. The retailers and exchanges below are invented: no outreach was sent and no orders are claimed.
Starting point: three pieces, photographs and trade prices. Before any outreach, we have sizes, stock, lead times and terms confirmed. Missing information remains pending; we do not invent it.
The first operation covers ten retailers selected for a specific reason. This fictional extract shows three selection decisions, not ten contacts actually researched.
| Fictional retailer | Decision and reason | To confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Shop A | Propose: already sells nightwear and matching sets. | Requested sizes and actual interest. |
| Shop B | Exclude: no lingerie in its range; weak fit with the capsule. | No approach planned. |
| Shop C | Pending: suitable style, but minimum order may be too high. | Minimum order compatibility before selection. |
We adapt the messaging and presentation to the retailer, prepare the approach and send only after approval of recipients and authority. We answer ordinary questions using approved facts and prepare proposals.
Shop A: “Can we mix sizes across six camisoles?”
Prepared reply: “Yes, sizes can be mixed with a minimum of six pieces per reference in this example. I will have availability and lead time confirmed before sending the proposal.”
Our action: confirm stock and lead time with the brand, prepare the proposal and follow its handover. Status: awaiting availability. Owner: agency. Next action: request confirmation at the next scheduled review.
Client decision: any discount, stock reservation, order acceptance or other commitment. A question is not counted as a sale.
Illustrative review: A remains open; B is not approached; C awaits the minimum-order check. Suggested adjustment: make size-mixing terms more visible in the presentation.
Every conversation retains a status, owner and next action. A follow-up is sent when appropriate. The handover covers approaches made, objections, replies, open cases and one messaging adjustment. You can stop and keep the files; continuation is never automatic.
The €950 first operation includes ten approaches and follow-up during the agreed period; this three-decision example does not reduce its scope. Range and trade terms must be ready; feasibility is checked before agreement.
Describe your situation. Jérémie replies in writing; you decide after receiving a proposal.
