The work at a glance

A month of work taken care of.

Fictional demonstration · A month for a shop

A campaign.
And the work that keeps it moving.

A shop already has reachable customers, a website and an email tool. It wants to introduce two formats and delegate preparation, implementation and conversations. This programme illustrates the €1,500 monthly shop service: messages, visuals, distribution preparation, follow-up and adjustment.

The materials below have been produced. The shop, conversations and observations are fictional. No actual distribution, connected client tool or measured commercial result.

01 · Decide and organise

One objective. Two channels. One calendar.

Scenario objective: help existing customers compare the two formats, then handle their questions. We select the website and email; no new channel or audience acquisition is assumed.

A concrete month for a shop

  1. Weeks 1–2 · Prepare

We take over information and conversations, select the campaign and prepare messages and visuals.

  2. Week 3 · Implement

We implement the operation on two existing channels, publish after approval and handle entrusted replies.

  3. Week 4 · Adjust and continue

We deliver a useful follow-up, improve one part of the journey and hand over the review with next priorities.

Conversation follow-up continues each week. You approve the offer, creative work and commitments; we prepare and coordinate the next steps. Programme adapted before agreement.

Consolidated approval before distribution: real specifications, prices and stock, authorised recipients, creative work and authority to reply. The shop owner keeps decision-making responsibility.

02 · Marketing and creative work

One message applied to both channels.

EMAIL

Your moment. Your format.

Two fictional formats shown side by side

Two formats, clear points of comparison: 10 cm with case included, or 14 cm with a separate case. Compare the information, then ask your question.

WEBSITE PANEL

A clear comparison before choosing.

Format 01
10 cm
Case included

Format 02
14 cm
Separate case

The difference is length and the case. For availability or product details, ask the shop.

Shared visual direction, identical comparison and a clear next step. Prices, stock and product claims are not invented.

03 · Implementation and distribution

Prepared through to launch approval.

Existing website

Panel produced above. In an assignment: implementation at the agreed location, mobile check, enquiry link and receipt verification.

Existing email tool

Message produced and reminder written. In an assignment: integration, recipients and exclusions, unsubscribe, test receipt, approval and authorised sending.

Status of this exercise: materials ready; integration into a shop’s tools and distribution not performed. Preparation is not sending.

04 · Commercial follow-up

A reply, an owner, a next step.

Fictional question

“Is the case included with both formats?”

Prepared reply, not sent

“The 10 cm Format 01 includes its case. For the 14 cm Format 02, the case is sold separately. We check availability before confirming it.”

Fictional follow-up register

  • Case: reply ready. Agency responsible; send under the agreed approval process.
  • Format 02 stock: awaiting shop confirmation. Agency follows up with the owner and completes the reply.
  • Discount request: referred to the shop owner. No price negotiated without approval.

In an assignment, approved routine replies are sent within the entrusted scope. Prices, discounts, orders and commitments remain the client’s decisions. A weekly written update consolidates pending decisions.

05 · Adjustment and review

Questions improve the presentation.

Exercise assumption: the case question recurs. This is the improvement implemented in the panel above, without changing the facts.

Before

“Format 01: 10 cm. Format 02: 14 cm. Case included with the first, separate with the second.”

After

Format 01 · 10 cm
Case included

Format 02 · 14 cm
Case sold separately

Prepared reminder, subject to feedback

“One more comparison point: the case is included with Format 01 and separate with Format 02. View both formats side by side and ask us about availability before choosing.”

Review of this exercise

Produced: message, website panel, reply, illustrative register, reminder and presentation improvement. Not performed: client installation, distribution and real conversation handling. Unknown: actual demand and sales impact.

The next month continues the work

In this example, confirm pending stock, resume open conversations and choose the next campaign using available questions. Continuity follows these needs; the client may also stop under the agreed terms and keep their files.

For your business, a recommended programme.

This example illustrates an equipped shop at €1,500/month. Direct sales remains €1,500/month; retailer and distributor programmes are €1,750/month with their own scope. The programme, resources, limits and your approvals are defined before agreement.
